Tony Romo will return from a broken pinkie on Sunday when Dallas goes to Washington to take on the Redskins. Romo has been out for a month and Dallas has felt his absence. This will be the first game with Roy Williams (WR) who Dallas acquired just before the NFL trade deadline.
