Mark Cuban, outspoken owner of the Dallas Mavs, has been charged with insider trading ESPN reports. Cuban who has in recent years been trying to buy the Cubs, has been a headache for David Stern and NBA officials since he became the owner of the Mavs in 2000, after selling Broadcast.com to Yahoo.
