What On Earth Is Wrong With the MLB Photographer?

I can only assume that whoever takes the little MLB.com mugshots must be a recipient of some form of nepotism, because he clearly must be the worst photog in the history of time. I present my case below. Please note what he captured then what the actual subject in question looks like.
